Partnering with the business, the Business Development Manager is responsible for ensuring coordination, delivery and where required associated actioning in the key business areas of funding submissions and reporting, compliance, new business development and partnerships,
As a key liaison and support to the CEO, and in conjunction with the senior management team, this position is responsible for the development of new business, contract management and other contracts completed in accordance with Wurli policy and procedures, ISO accreditation and other compliance requirements.
The Position shall support the CEO, Senior Management with maintaining service delivery that is compliant with funding agreement stipulations including supporting the development of key organisational documentation that have been specified as mandatory by funding providers/arrangements, such as the annual report, and organisational operating plan.
This position will also contribute to the Professional Development and Training of all team members in relation to contract management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Finance/Administration with 3 years relevant experience or
- 6 years or more relevant experience.
- National Police Records Check and Working with Children’s Clearance
- Current Northern Territory Driver’s License
