What is AOD counselling?

AOD StaffIt is talking to someone when you have a problem that is alcohol or other drug related. Our Counsellors listen and understand what you are saying.

Our Counsellors don't tell you what to do or make decisions for you. They provide education, support and practical advice to you about your alcohol or other drug problem.

Sometimes our thoughts are all muddled up and confused, and talking to someone can help. AOD counselling is private talk between an AOD Counsellor and you.

AOD counselling is free to all individuals, families and communities impacted by alcohol or other drugs.
