From within the clinic, we offer particular services to aged care clients which seek to improve access to our health services.

The Aged Care Aboriginal Health Worker works closely with local nursing homes, ensuring that residents receive their medications, and are brought to the health centre for treatment as necessary.

Regular (weekly) visits to the nursing homes by the Aged Care Aboriginal Health Worker and one of our General Practitioners are conducted, thereby reducing the requirement for unnecessary and often uncomfortable transportation.
